Tess Crouch, DPT

Tess earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lincoln Memorial University after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she was a Division I equestrian athlete. Her background as a competitive athlete sparked her passion for movement, performance, and helping others return to the activities they love.
Tess enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses and has a particular interest in vestibular rehabilitation. She also incorporates dry needling into her treatment approach when appropriate. Tess takes a patient-centered approach to therapy, focusing on individualized treatment plans and helping each patient build confidence and independence throughout their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Tess enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, riding horses, staying active, and doing just about anything sports-related. Her athletic background and love of movement continue to influence her passion for helping patients move and perform at their best.
